These terms govern use of the service and are read together with Qatar's Electronic Commerce and Transactions Law No. 16 of 2010.

Formation of the contract
The contract is concluded electronically when you create an account and accept these terms. An acknowledgement is sent without undue delay by an appropriate electronic means.
Description and prices
The service is a multi-tenant cloud accounting system. Prices are shown before an order is placed, stating whether they include tax, together with payment arrangements and how long the offer stands.
Three-day right of rescission
A consumer may rescind the contract within three days of entering into it without penalty, provided the service provider has not fully performed within that period and the consumer has not taken the benefit of the service (Article 57).
Delay in performance
Where performance is delayed beyond thirty days, the consumer may terminate the contract and is entitled to a refund of payments made (Article 58).
Storage of the contract
The contract and the record of your acceptance are stored in your account, where you can read and copy them at any time.
Your obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounting data you enter, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for using the service lawfully.
Limits
The service is a bookkeeping tool and is not a substitute for accounting, tax or legal advice. Statutory responsibility for filings and books remains with your organisation.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. A consumer should first raise a complaint at the contact address in the service-provider details.
